01 — Service
Airport Transfers
Flight-tracked arrivals, meet-and-greet inside the terminal, and a fixed price agreed before you travel.
- We track your flight number and move the pickup with it - no charge for delays outside your control.
- Meet-and-greet at the arrivals door with a name board, or curbside if you prefer to move fast.
- Complimentary wait time after landing, so customs and baggage are never a race.
- One quoted, all-inclusive fare. Tolls, parking, airport fees and gratuity handled up front.
We meet arrivals at Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and Billy Bishop (YTZ), plus Buffalo, Hamilton and Billy Bishop’s regional connections. Vehicle classes and luggage limits are on the fleet page.
02 — Service
Corporate & Executive
A single account, consistent chauffeurs, and billing your finance team will not query.
- Corporate accounts with monthly consolidated invoicing and cost-centre references on every trip.
- Named chauffeurs for regular executives, so the same person is at the door each week.
- Roadshow and multi-stop days managed as-directed, with the car held between meetings.
- Duty-of-care reporting: licensed operators, commercially insured vehicles, vetted chauffeurs.
Regular travellers are better served by a corporate account — consolidated invoicing, cost centres and named chauffeurs.
03 — Service
Hourly & As-Directed
The car and chauffeur are yours for the block. Change the plan as often as the day requires.
- Booked in hourly blocks with a sensible minimum - the itinerary can change en route.
- The vehicle stays with you between stops. Leave coats, files and shopping in the car.
- Ideal for site visits, viewings, shopping days, dinner circuits and long event evenings.
- Extend on the day if a meeting runs late - billed only for the time actually used.
04 — Service
Weddings & Events
A timeline built backwards from the moment you need to arrive, and a chauffeur who protects it.
- A planning call before the date to walk the route, the stops and the buffers.
- Multi-vehicle convoys for the wedding party, family and out-of-town guests.
- Ribbons and decor by arrangement; the car photographs as well as it drives.
- Guest shuttles between ceremony, reception and hotels, running on a published loop.

Intercity & Long Distance

Global Black Car
One booking desk for the cities we do not garage cars in ourselves.
- Trips outside our own fleet area are placed with vetted operators from our networks.
- You book, confirm and are invoiced by us - a single point of contact end to end.
- The same brief travels with the job: flight number, name board, vehicle class, standards.
- Local chauffeurs who know the city, dispatched to the standard we apply at home.
