Questions, answered

The things people actually ask before their first booking. If yours is not here, the dispatch desk will answer it directly.

For airport transfers and standard sedan work a few hours is usually enough, and we take same-day requests whenever a car is free. For stretch limousines, weddings, multi-vehicle convoys and peak dates such as prom season and New Year’s Eve, book several weeks ahead — those vehicles sell out first. See the full fleet for what each class seats.
Everything ordinary to the trip: the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, airport fees, terminal parking, the included meet-and-greet wait time and gratuity. Extras appear only if you add them - additional stops, waiting beyond the included allowance, child seats, or an itinerary change on the day. The reservation system shows the total before you commit.
Nothing you have to manage. We track your flight by number from the moment it pushes back and move your pickup automatically. Delays outside your control are not charged. Give us the flight number when you book and the rest is handled — we watch the same arrivals data you would check on Toronto Pearson (YYZ).
Domestic arrivals include a complimentary grace period after touchdown, and international arrivals include a longer one to allow for customs and baggage. Your confirmation states the exact allowance for your trip. The chauffeur will keep waiting past it, billed in fair increments rather than a flat penalty.
Yes. Changes and cancellations made in good time are free. Short-notice changes to specialty vehicles - stretch limousines, vans and multi-car bookings - may carry a fee, because the vehicle was held out of service for you. The exact window is shown on your confirmation before you commit.
Yes, on request and at no charge - infant, convertible and booster. Tell us the child’s age and weight when you book so the correct seat is fitted and checked before the car leaves. If you are unsure which stage your child needs, Transport Canada’s child car seat guidance sets it out clearly. Please request it at booking rather than on the day.
That is our default for arrivals. Your chauffeur parks, walks in and waits at the arrivals door with a name board, then helps with luggage to the car. If you would rather move quickly, choose curbside pickup and we will text you the vehicle and plate as you clear baggage.
Yes. We run our own vehicles across the GTA and southern Ontario, drive intercity to Ottawa, Montreal, Niagara and cross-border US points, and place trips in other countries with vetted operators from the networks we belong to — see the cities we cover. You book and are invoiced by us either way.
Yes. A corporate account gives you consolidated monthly invoicing, cost-centre references on each trip, named chauffeurs for regular travellers, and a booking profile your assistants can use directly. Corporate accounts explains it in full.
Major credit cards through the secure reservation system when you book. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly on agreed terms. You always receive an itemised receipt by email once the trip is complete.
Specific allowances — included wait time, cancellation windows and hourly minimums — are stated in full on your written confirmation before you are charged. If anything there differs from what you expected, tell us before the trip and we will sort it out.
