We are a Toronto chauffeur company with a worldwide booking desk. Everything below is what that actually means in practice.
Who we are
Nobody remembers the middle of a good journey. They remember whether the car was there, whether the chauffeur knew where to stand, and whether the price at the end matched the price at the start.
So that is what we built the business around. We run late-model vehicles across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, drive intercity across Ontario, Quebec and the US border, and book the rest of the world through operators we have vetted through our professional networks.
We quote all-inclusive, we track your flight without being asked, and we would rather turn a booking down than take it and hope a subcontractor turns up. That is a smaller business than it could be. It is also the reason clients stay.
Our memberships
Two things follow from belonging to a professional network. Our licensing, insurance and conduct are visible to an outside body — and when your journey is in a city we do not garage cars in, we have a vetted operator to hand it to instead of a search engine.

Every chauffeur receives the trip sheet before leaving the garage: passenger name, flight, meeting address, which entrance, who else is in the car and anything you told us matters. They arrive knowing the job, not reading it at the curb.
Tolls, parking, airport fees, wait time and gratuity are inside the fare we quote. There is no surge multiplier and no reconciliation email afterwards. If we get the estimate wrong, that is our problem, not a supplement on your invoice.
Airport bookings are tracked by flight number from pushback. Early landings, delays and diversions move the pickup automatically. You do not phone us from the carousel to renegotiate.
If a date is genuinely beyond our capacity, or a city cannot be covered to our standard, we tell you while you still have time to arrange something else. A booking we cannot honour is worse than a booking we declined.
